EEP - FIGURE SKATING

What are the Elite Edges Programs©?

Initially developed as an identifier program for young skaters to be introduced to figure skating, the Elite Edges Program© has evolved into an effective technique based program that focuses on the fundamentals of skating, no matter the stream. The Elite Edges Program© assists skaters in developing power, stability, and strength in order to better transition them into the next program, be it hockey, ringette, or figure skating, with greater ease.

Commitment required:  Minimum of 2 days per week for optimum success in this program.

This program is run exclusively through the Elite Edges Skating School, so please feel free to send us an email with any additional questions about the program.

STARSKATE

What is StarSkate?

Commitment required:  Minimum of 3 + days per week for optimum success in this program.
